1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, uploading artwork, or placing an order with Stella Brands Packing, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Custom Printed Products

Most products offered by Stella Beans are custom manufactured to customer specifications. Because of this:

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

We do not accept returns for custom-printed items unless defects are caused by manufacturing error.

We are not responsible for:

Low-resolution artwork
Incorrect bleed/safe area usage
Color variations due to device screens or printing processes
Spelling or design errors in customer-submitted artwork
Trimming tolerances within standard industry margins

3. Artwork Requirements & Customer Responsibility

By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that:

You own the rights or have permission to use the artwork.
Your artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
You accept full responsibility for any legal claims resulting from your artwork.

Bleed & Print Area Requirements

Full bleed: 42.5 mm
Safe print zone: 41.5 mm
Artwork must fully cover the bleed and keep critical text/logos inside the safe zone.

Low-Resolution Artwork Warning

Our system may warn you if an image is below 300 DPI, but it is your responsibility to ensure artwork quality.

Proceeding with low-resolution files acknowledges that print quality is not guaranteed.

4. Payment Terms

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.

5. Shipping Policy

Stella Beans currently ships domestically within the United States.

All shipments are prepaid and shipped via UPS small parcel.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the package is handed to the carrier.

6. Order Processing Times

Production times vary based on product type, order volume, and customer approval of artwork. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or by email.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stella Brands Packing, LLC is not liable for:

Copyright violations caused by customer artwork
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits
Delays caused by carriers
Print variations within industry-standard tolerances

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and products are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of passwords and restricting access to their account.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted here.
